Cardholders in all five branches of the WMRL system — Brandon, Carberry, Glenboro, Hartney and Neepawa — can download the free Hoopla Digital mobile app on their Android or IOS device or visit hoopladigital.com to begin enjoying thousands of titles from major Hollywood studios, record companies and publishers.
Items are available to borrow 24-7, for instant streaming or temporary downloading to smartphones, tablets and computers. Items are returned automatically, so there are no late fees. hoopla titles can be borrowed by more than one user at the same time so there are no wait lists.
Western Manitoba Regional Library was the 36th library system in Canada to partner with hoopla digital. Current partners include the Winnipeg Public Library, Toronto Public Library, Calgary Public Library, Hamilton Public Library, and Edmonton Public Library, among many others.
