Join other writers at the Brandon Public Library to hone your creative writing skills. Weeks alternate between writing and reading, so you get plenty of writing done as well as feedback. Participants can write anything they wish (short stories, poems, memoirs, articles, etc.) or follow a new prompt for each round. This is the program for you if you’d like to write and might benefit from the solidarity of peers. All skill levels are welcome. There’s no cost to attend. To sign up, call the library at 204-727-6648, send an email to programs@wmrl.ca, or visit the library in person.
