Brandon Public Library

The Downtown Brandon library offers two spaces for rent to community groups, individuals, organizations, and businesses during library operational hours. 

The “Meeting Room” rents for $10.00 per hour. It contains a boardroom style table and seats 12. There is a whiteboard and wifi.  

The “Program Room” rents for $15.00 per hour. Folding tables and chairs make it possible for groups to configure seating to suit their needs. Room capacity is 30. There is a pull-down screen, a Smartboard, wifi, and a sink and counter area.  

Parking is available at the Town Center parkade for $7/day OR metered street parking.  

The library does not provide set up of the room and rooms must be left in the condition found. Renters of the space are welcome to bring their own refreshments. A projector is available upon request – additional charges may apply.

Payment is required to secure booking. Forms of payment include credit, cash or cheque. 48 hours notice is required to cancel a booking without a cancellation fee. 


Neepawa Public Library

The Town of Neepawa and Neepawa Public Library makes its Multi-purpose Room available to community groups, business owners and the general public on a case by case basis.

Hourly and daily rates are available for bookings during and outside of library hours. A current Library Card is required to obtain a key for non-opening hours. Rates range from $12.50 per hour to a daily maximum of $75.00. Folding tables and 50 chairs are also included in the room as well as a counter, sink, coffee maker, kettle and microwave oven. A data projector and conference telephone are also available upon request – additional charges may apply. Wifi is also available.

Hartney Branch

Meeting space is available to community groups at a rate of $10.00 per hour during regular library hours.

A donation to the Library is requested for use of the library after hours.  After hours rentals would also require the participation of a board member who would provide both access and supervision during the rental time.

Carberry Branch

Our meeting space is available  at a rate of $5.00 per hour to a maximum of $25. 

The table sits six comfortably and the room is only available during library hours.
