The Brandon Public Library will continue to offer quick & easy Hold Pick-Ups. Patrons are encouraged to use our website catalogue to place holds on the items they wish to pick up. When placing holds, patrons will have the option to select their pick-up location and can choose from “Brandon Public Library” for our downtown location or “Shoppers Mall Library,” depending on where they wish to collect their materials from. Once the requested items have become available at the selected branch, library staff will contact patrons to let them know that they can pick up their items during open hours. Please wait for confirmation from our staff before attempting to pick up holds.
Deliveries are available to those with special circumstances (i.e. those required to quarantine, individuals who are sick, homebound individuals, etc.). If you think you may qualify for this, let us know and we will arrange a delivery. Please be aware that once orders are dropped off for delivery they immediately become the responsibility of the patron, including any fines that may be incurred for lost, stolen, or damaged materials. By proceeding with a Contactless delivery request you are agreeing to these terms.
