Join Karyn Rice, a trained Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction facilitator, for a four-week introduction to mindfulness this May. During four weekly 1.5-hour sessions, you’ll learn the basics of this skill that has been proven to boost wellbeing. No prior experience necessary. Ages 16 and up. Hosted in the Program Room at the downtown branch of the Brandon Public Library. No fee to participate. Limited to 15 participants.
