Virtual Author Visit: Harold R. Johnson

The WMRL is excited to share that we will be joined by Harold R. Johnson for a virtual author visit on Saturday, September 11th from 10:00 to 11:30 am over Zoom.

Harold R. Johnson is a best-selling author and former Crown prosecutor whose books include Firewater: How Alcohol Is Killing My People (And Yours). During this virtual event, Harold will read from and discuss his latest book, Peace and Good Order: The Case for Indigenous Justice in Canada. The book delves into Canada’s justice system and its failure to effectively deliver justice to Indigenous people, ensuring long-term damage to Indigenous communities. There will be time for Q&A at the end.
