Welcome Cornwallis

We are pleased to announce that the RM of Cornwallis has recently signed an agreement with the Western Manitoba Regional Library (WMRL), to the affect that the RM of Cornwallis will cover the 2021 Non-Resident Library membership cost for any Cornwallis resident.
As a Cornwallis resident, you are now eligible to sign up for a WMRL library card free of charge until the end of 2021. To do this, simply email info@nullwmrl.ca, phone the Library at 204-727-6648, or visit the Library in person.
The WMRL has branches in Brandon (downtown and in Shoppers Mall), Carberry, Glenboro, Hartney, and Neepawa. The WMRL has a collection of over 200,000 items, and provides access to ebooks, audiobooks, and other online resources. At this point, we are not sure whether or not this agreement between the WMRL and the RM of Cornwallis will be extended past the end of 2021.
