Black History Month at Hartney

February is “I Love To Read Month.” With every book borrowed during February, patrons can enter to win prizes. Try something new or even an audio book, lots of choices are available.
Black History month is also celebrated during February and in Hartney we have books on display featuring black authors and subject material. The theme for 2021 is “The Future is Now” and is a chance to acknowledge the transformative work that Black Canadians and their communities are doing now.
